5-MINUTE MICROWAVE ROCKY ROAD FUDGE

16 oz chocolate almond bark or semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup pecans in large pieces
Line an 8 inch square pan with foil. In a large microwave-proof bowl, combine the chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove the bowl from the microwave. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla, marshmallows, and pecans, mixing until the marshmallows and nuts are well coated. Spread into the prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until firm. Lift the candy from the pan and peel off the foil lining. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
