STUFFED MUSHROOM CROWNS

Category: Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb whole fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems; sauté with onions in butter until tender. Stir in breadcrumbs. Use to fill mushroom crowns. Bake on a baking sheet at 325 for 15 minutes.
