SHRIMP WITH VODKA DIP

2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
¾ cup bottled red chili sauce*
1/4 tsp Tabasco
4 tsp A-1 Sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onion tops
Black pepper
1/3 cup vodka
Approximately 5 lb chilled peeled cooked shrimp, for dipping

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, Tabasco sauce, A-1 sauce, chives, pepper, and vodka in a small bowl until combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to blend.

The dip may be covered and refrigerated over night. Before serving, place the dip in a serving bowl and surround with shrimp. Makes 3 1/2 cups
