OVERNIGHT MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lbs baking potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked until tender
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp paprika

Combine cooked potatoes and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; beat until smooth. Spoon into a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Let come to room temperature. Drizzle butter over potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Beat, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8
