1 lb ground beef
2 (15 oz) can chunked tomatoes, do not drain
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups chopped onion and uncooked rice
2 tsp seasoning salt and pepper
2 lbs cheese, grated
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Brown beef in skillet. Add all ingredients except cheese. Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and heat until cheese melts. Serve by itself or on buns. Serves 4
