1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp dried dill weed
Dash pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 (15 1/2 oz) can pink salmon, drained, flaked and skin and bones removed and broken into chunks

Favorite cheese sauce

In a saucepan, cook first 3 ingredients in butter. Combine onion mixture and next 3 ingredients. Add salmon; mix well. Shape into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Top with favorite cheese sauce.
