SHERBERT PIE

22 vanilla wafers, crushed
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 pint raspberry and lemon sherbets, softened
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Extra vanilla wafers for sides of pie
Combine crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Stand extra vanilla wafers around edge of plate, pressing into pie crust. Spread raspberry sherbet over bottom of crust, pressing into wafers along edge. Scoop lemon sherbet into balls, place over raspberry layer around edge of pie. Freeze until firm. To serve, spoon berries in center of pie; sprinkle with toasted coconut.
