SAUCY ROUND STEAK (Crock pot)

Category: Steaks - Beef

Round steak, cut into strips
3 tbsp flour seasoned with basil, salt and pepper, to taste
1 can diced tomato
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion and green bell pepper, diced
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms, optional
1 clove garlic, minced

Dust steak with flour mixture and place in crock pot. Cover with remaining ingredients and cook on HIGH for 1 hour and turn down to LOW for 6-7 hours. Serves 4
