1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp honey and olive oil
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and onion powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Pinch cayenne pepper
Combine ingredients and pour marinade over favorite steak in a resealable bag. Refrigerate 24-48 hours.
