*Grilled - ZESTY GRILLED POTATOES*

Cook 4 medium potatoes in 1 inch boiling water with 1 tsp salt just until tender. While hot, cut potatoes diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a shallow glass dish; pour 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing over hot slices. Let stand 1 hour, turning slices once. Remove from marinade and place on grill 3 inches from hot coals on some foil. Cook 8-10 minutes on each or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
