DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Brownies
1 pkg brownies mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz) pkg mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini mint chocolate chips, divided use

Cream Cheese Frosting
2 cups confectioners sugar
4 oz cream cheese, well chilled, cut into chunks
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste

Brownies: In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 cups chops and spread batter into a buttered 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes, or until brownies pull away from sides of pan and center is just set. Transfer pan to a cooling rack; cool completely.

Frosting: Combine ingredients just until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies; top with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Cut into squares.
