PINEAPPLE GARLIC PORK CHOPS

4 (1 inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup dry sherry
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients except chops; mix well. Place chops in a shallow baking dish; pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chops from marinade, reserving and grill over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes on each side, occasionally basting with marinade.
