CHEDDAR BAKED POTATOE SKINS

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp paprika and pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices, about 4 cups
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400. In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. In a greased casserole dish, layer potatoes and sprinkle layers with cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Serves 6
