CAJUN CHEESECAKE - Cheesecake with Praline Sauce

CRUST
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar

Mix and press into bottom and side of a buttered springform pan.

FILLING
4 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla

TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tspup vanilla

SAUCE
1/2 cup butter
3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

CRUST: Cream together. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Take out and let set for 10 minutes.

TOPPING: Beat and pour over cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes at 450. Cool and put in refrigerator.

SAUCE: Mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add pecans when thickened slightly. Serve warm over cheesecake. (Recipe for sauce can be cut in half.)
