MAPLE ORANGE SWEET POTATOES

1 (40 oz) can sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp whipping cream, half and half or milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch nutmeg
Salt to taste

Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes with other ingredients. Taste and add a dash of salt if needed. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are heated through, stirring twice during cooking time. Serves 6
