GREEK TORTELLINI SALAD

1 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked according to pkg directions, drained well
5 Roma tomatoes, washed and cut into large chunks
1/2 English seedless cucumber, unpeeled, cut into large chunks
1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 cup sliced mild pepperoncini peppers, drained
1/2 cup bottled Italian or Greek salad dressing
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 oz feta cheese

Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours, until well chilled. Serves 10
