COUNTRY POTATOES

7-8 medium potatoes
1/4 lb bacon
1 pkg onion soup mix

Wash potatoes and cut each into6-8 pieces. Place in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces and sprinkle across potatoes. Shake soup mix over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 2 hours.
