ITALIAN CHICKEN BAKE - Easy

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb) chicken, cut up
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 envelope (1 tbsp) garlic salad dressing mix
1 cup corn flake crumbs
Paprika

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Thoroughly combine butter and dressing mix. With spatula, spread butter mixture over chicken pieces. Roll on corn flake crumbs; sprinkle with paprika. Place pieces skin side up (not touching) in a shallow pan. Bake at 375, about 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4
