GULLIVERS CORN

2 bags frozen corn, defrosted
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp flour mixed with 3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Additional butter
Bring whipping cream to a boil. Reduce heat and add corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in salt and sugar.
Make a past with the flour and butter and stir into corn and cook until thickened. Pour corn into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter. (At this point, can be refrigerated up to 4 days.) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown. Serves 8
