HERB-WINE DUMP CHICKEN

1 cup red wine
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp thyme and basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces

Preheat oven to 350. Place ingredients in a large casserole dish, turning chicken to coat. Bake for 45-60 minutes for chicken pieces, or 20-30 minutes for chicken breasts or until chicken juices run clear.
