CAPTAINS CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Season chicken with salt and peppper. Dredge in flour, coating completely.

In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add chicken and brown 4-5 minutes per side. Sti rin remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat to medium; cover, and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until no pink remains in chicken. Serve topped with sauce. Serves 4
