BAKED RIGATONI AND CHEESE

1/2 (8 oz) pkg rigatoni, cooked al dente
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt and dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


While pasta is boiling, melt butter in a large saucepan. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; add seasonings. Cook until sauce is thickened. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Drain pasta and add cheese sauce; mixing well. Turn mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
