MARINADE FOR FLANK STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

1/4 cup soy sauce and sherry
3 tbsp Chinese oyster sauce
2 tbsp honey and crystallized ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients. Marinade steak overnight. Grill 8 minutes on each side over moderate to low heat.
