BANANA NUT CHEESECAKE

Category: Cheesecake

Crust
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted

Filling
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Topping
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp water
2 tsp water

Crust: Combine ingredients and press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Filling: combine first 3 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim.

Topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter with water over low heat; stirring until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake. Chill.
