GOLDEN BAKED CHICKEN

2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp paprika
3/4 tsp garlic salt and onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
3 (3-4 lbs) chickens, cut up and skins removed
1 cup butter, melted

In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, then in potato flake mixture. Place on 2 greased jelly-roll pans. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serves 12.
