MUSHROOM CHICKEN (Crock pot)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelop onions soup mix
Cooked rice

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on Low 6-8 hours and serve over cooked rice.
