16 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chips and cheese.
