2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup baking mix
1 tsp salt and paprika
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Combine dry ingredients and dip chicken in mix and then roll in dry mixture. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour melted botter over top. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6
