CITRUS GLAZED SHRIMP ON A STICK

Citrus glaze
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp water

1 1/2 to 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined

Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth.

Skewer shrimp and pour the glaze over shrimp, coating them thoroughly. Let them marinade for 1 hour.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.
