MARINATED CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

1 tbsp leaf oregano
1 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tsp garlic salt
Pepper, to taste
5 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 whole chicken

Mix together ingredients and pour over chicken. Let marinade overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
