SPICY PORK STEAK

1 1/2 lb pork steak
1 dry spice rub
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme, oregano, rosemary and salt, to taste

Combine spices and coat meat. Let stand 30 minutes before cooking. Grill over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning.
