NEW ORLEANS PASTA

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup slivered onions and bell peppers
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 oz smoked sausage and/or Tasso, chopped
1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup cooked and pulled chicken and crab meat
1/4 cup Parmesan
2 tbsp chopped green onions
3 cups cooked pasta, any type
Chopped parsley, optional

Melt butter in heavy skillet and saute onions, peppers and garlic. Add seasonings, sausage and shrimp and cook until shrimp are lightly pink. Add cream and sauces; reduce. Blend in chicken, crab meat, Parmesan and green onions until warm. Serve over pasta and garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
