*SWISS CHICKEN*

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 sandwich slices Swiss cheese
5 tbsp butter, divided
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk and chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup dry stuffing mix
Place chicken in a buttered casserole dish. Cover each with cheese. Melt 2 tbsp melted butter in a saucepan. Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring until flour bubbles. Gradually add milk and broth. Add wine and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing mix with 3 tbsp melted butter. Spread over top of chicken. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Serves 8
