4 (8 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Flour
Oil
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup sugar
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp pepper
2-3 cups favorite marinara sauce

Sprinkle chicken with flour and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Place in a large baking pan. Prepare sauce in separate pan. Saute onion in a small amount of oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute more. Add remaining ingredients. Cooke over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour over chops and cover. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300. Serve with thin pasta, tossed in olive and fresh basil or pesto sauce.
