*ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD*

16 oz Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 (16 oz) pkg loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
Saute sausage with chopped onion; drain and pat mixture with paper towel to removed excess grease. Beat eggs with parmesan cheese.
Roll out half the dough into a 15x10 inch rectangle. Spread half of cheese mixture on dough, leaving a 1 inch rim uncovered. Sprinkle with half the sausage on top. Roll up along longer side. Pinch edges to seal. Place on greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough and mixtures. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
