2 (7 oz) pkg Edam cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup beer
2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp caraway seed and dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt and pepper
Crackers

Carefully remove small circle-shaped slice of red wax covering cheese. Scoop out cheese, keeping shell intact. Mix cheese with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Fill cheese shell with mixture, mounding high. To retain moisture prior to serving, replace circle-shaped slice on top. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: Will keep covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
