*HERBED FETA WEDGES*

1 1/2 cups fresh rye bread crumbs
2 tbsp sesame seed
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
5 oz feta cheese, room temperature
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream

Mix first 3 ingredients; press into an 8 inch square pan. Chill. Cream cheese in food processor; add next 5 ingredients. Mix in sour cream until completely blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes, or until center is set. Cool. Cut into wedges or squares and serve.
