*CRUSTY CRAB POINTS*

6 oz crabmeat (drain if using canned crabmeat)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (5 oz) jar sharp cheddar cheese spread
1/2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp seasoned salt and garlic powder
3 English muffins, sliced in half-and-half

Combine all ingredients except muffins with an electric mixer. Spread on muffin halves. Freeze 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cut each muffin half into 6 wedges. Refreeze in plastic bags until ready to serve. Broil until golden brown and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 3 dozen points

NOTE: Filling is also good on party rye or leave English muffin halves uncut and serve as an open-face sandwich.
