*SAVORY STUFFED MUSHROOMS*

15 medium to large mushrooms, wipe dry and stems removed
1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz) can pitted ripe olives, chopped
Dash garlic powder
Seasoned bread crumbs

Chop stems very fine. Saute onion and stems in bacon grease. In a mixing bowl, combine sauteed vegetables, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, olives and garlic powder; set aside. Press bottoms of mushrooms caps in seasoned bread crumbs and place on baking sheet. Fill each cap with cheese mixture. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
