GARLIC-ONION MARINADE FOR BARBECUED PORK

2 cloves garlic
1/8 cup onion
4 slice fresh ginger root
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
3 drop sesame oil; more or less

Mince garlic, onion and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.
Add to pork and marinate.
