SPICY GRILLED PORK STEAKS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
4 shoulder blade steaks

Prepare grill. Combine ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Rub spice mixture into pork and set aside 10 minutes. Grill 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
