CITRUS PORK MARINADE

1 cup salsa
1/2 cup lime juice and beer or water
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp snipped cilantro
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground red pepper and black pepper

Combine ingredients; pour over pork and refrigerate 4-5 hours before cooking. Enough for 1 1/2 lbs meat.
