FIESTA CRACKER SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp seltzer water
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp dry Mexican or taco seasoning
1 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion and corn
1 tbsp canned jalapeno pepper

Mix together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Garnish with cilantro leaves, red pepper or jalapeno slices.
