CAJUN PORK ROAST

1 (10 lb) boneless Boston pork roast
Marinade
3/4 cup chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp steak sauce
Seasoned salt
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
Sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
Marinade: Combine ingredients. Mix well. Make slits into roast and rub sauce well into and over roast. Allow to sit refrigerated for 6 hours or overnight.
Sauce: Mix together tomato paste and brown sugar well and set aside. Cook roast in a covered grill until the internal temperature of roast in a 170 degrees. Brush with tomato sauce when done and serve. Serves 12
