PORK CHOP MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chili sauce and brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients and marinade chops overnight, turning occasionally. Grill or broil 8-10 minutes per side. Brush occasionally with marinade while cooking.
