FRIED CRAB RANGOON

Category: Deep Fried

1 small pkg wonton wrappers

Filling
1 small can crabmeat, drained
3 oz pkg cream cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 bottle corn oil

Mix together filling ingredients. Moisten edges of wonton wrappers with egg whites or water. Put a small portion of crabmeat mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold edges of wrapper and seal.

Heat the oil in a frying pan; when hot, deep fry 2-3 at a time until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
