CARAMEL CRUNCH DELIGHT CHEESECAKE

Crust
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
6 tbsp butter
Filling
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Snicker candy bars, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
Topping
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp brown sugar
Whole peanut
10-12 caramels
2 tbsp sour cream
Crust: Mix together first 3 ingredients. Lin a 9 inch round springform pan with mixture.
Filling: Blend remaining ingredients, beating the eggs and adding them one at a time. Pour over crust and bake and 350 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and run a knife around the edge. Turn off the oven and return the pan to the oven to cool slowly in the oven.
When both are cool, place cake on a wire rack and cool until completely cold.
Topping: Melt chocolate chips and stir in sour cream and brown sugar. Pour over the cake and sprinkle with whole peanuts. Melt caramels with sour cream and pour over the toppings.
