MEATBALLS AND SAUCE

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes and Salt and pepper, to taste
5 eggs

Form into 30 meatballs and brown in olive oil, then cook in sauce for 2 hours.

Sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped onion
olive oil
2 cans tomato paste
5 cups water
1 tsp salt, oregano and sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Brown garlic and onions in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours before adding meatballs.
