NEAPOLITAN DELIGHT

4 large fresh peaches
2 cups sugar
4 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup apricot brandy

Peel peaches, cut into halves and pit. Then cut into small cubes. Add sugar and stir well. Add orange and lemon juice; stir, then add 1/4 cup brandy. Mix all well and freeze. Serve with 1 tbsp brandy floated on top.
