CHEESECAKE COOKIE CUPS

12 pieces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie bar dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (21 oz) container cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 325. Paper-line 12 muffin cups. Place 1 piece of dough in each muffin cup. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.

Beat next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tbsp cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake and additional 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate 1 hour.
